We worked with Professor Jim Ritchie-Dunham and the Institute for Strategic Clarity to apply its Total Value Generated framework to CanTeam.
The initial work drew on focus groups, national survey responses and evidence from early pilots. Future evaluation will continue to test and quantify the outcomes different people say they value.

Case study
Ark King Solomon Academy
A five-week CanTeam pilot tested whether regular shared meals could engage families while giving young people meaningful responsibility.
CanTeam was delivered with Ark and supported through the extended pilot funded by the Reuben Foundation and Raheem Sterling Foundation. The pilot combined shared food, youth leadership and family participation; feedback helped inform the developing CanTeam model.
