CanTeam Founder and CEO, Future Foundations
Jon is an award-winning social entrepreneur and the founder of CanTeam. As CEO of Future Foundations, he has spent more than 20 years creating youth leadership and social-action programmes with schools, government and partners including AWS, Vodafone and Unilever. He co-founded Global Social Leaders, which has supported young people to lead thousands of social-action projects around the world.
Operations and Programme Manager, Future Foundations
Conny helps turn CanTeam’s ideas into well-run programmes. She supports the planning, coordination and operational systems behind Future Foundations’ work, helping colleagues, schools and partners deliver positive experiences for young people and communities.
Social Action Programmes Coordinator, Future Foundations
Maya coordinates social-action programmes across Future Foundations and works directly with CanTeam Crew, schools and partners. She supports young people to prepare food, shape activities, welcome guests and turn their ideas into community experiences.
Senior Associate and Design Thinking Facilitator
Andy is an international coach, facilitator and consultant specialising in personal, team and culture change. He has worked with more than 5,000 leaders, managers and students and has co-designed and facilitated programmes with Future Foundations since 2012. His creative, relationship-centred approach helps CanTeam Crew turn insight into action.
Senior Associate, Future Foundations
Shenel is an education specialist and experienced teacher with a background in psychology, education and emotion coaching. She has spent more than 13 years in classrooms and now supports young people, parents and educators to develop resilience and emotional wellbeing—bringing care, confidence and inclusion to CanTeam.
